the best time for meditation is morning but we can do before we get sleep.
this will cure the sleeping disorder also.
how to meditate?
first of all find a quite place where there is no disturbance for at least and hour.
then be in comfortable position with light cloth and sit in the relaxing way you can lay also
then close your eyes and take a deep breath and you can also count from 1 to 50 slowly inside in mind. in every in hale get more deeper and deeper relax your body and mind slowly and slowly
